Way back in 1989, Devanshi which belongs to Zeus group of companies, began its operations and has been fully dedicated to manufacture, sales & support the process control & monitoring equipments as well as capable to provide complete, economic & reliable solution of product automation under one roof. Our strong R&D dept. is constantly in process of developing new products to meet changing market requirements.
In the year 1995-96 we had started manufacturing micp. Based PID controller in technical collaboration with vertex technology Inc. With state of art technology, we claim that we are one of the biggest manufacturer (volume wise) of PID thr. Out in India & we are providing servicing up to component level. We are almost covering all the sectors like plastics (both injection & extruder), pharma, chemicals, rubber, and lab. Equipments, furnace& heaters, petrochemical industries and so on .as it has got universal features, can be used for different applications like temp., pressure, RH ,speed etc.
Again, we have stepped forward and added another colorful feather in our cap, introduced dedicated control system (pc based) for injection, extruder & blow molding application again in collaboration with Arico technology. We also undertake retrofitting job for inj. Molding & extruder m/c and we have completed more than 300 machines of different make.
Also, we tied up with cutes corpn. & Long shenq. And became authorized distributors for VFD in India.
Recently we have launched PLC with 3 or 4 zone (or as per requirement) temp. Controller with HMI with 16 character x 4lines LCD display with also graphic characters (real time graph, bar graph) for vertical injection molding m/c (up to 50 tons) with most basic features like mould open, mould close, injection, refilling, suck back, unit forward-return, ejector forward-return, core in-core out and so on.
We are also having PLC with 2-line display 16x2 LCD character display, 20 key board, with a min. Combination of 6/4 to 36/24 DI/DO’s & also adon I/p & o/p module will also available, different applications like packaging, pharma machines.
As a part of strategy towards backward integration and to provide reliable solution to the sensing problems in hazardous, high temperature conditions, for conductive and non-conductive materials, the company is instrumental in introducing products which includes special type of capacitive, inductive, magneto-resistive, proximity, level, flow and color sensors. The company also provides sensors like humidity sensors, non-contact infrared temperature sensors, pressure sensors, thermocouples, RTD, etc.
